We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
– Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
– Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
– Performing light housekeeping tasks
– Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
– Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behaviour
Qualifications
– Experience in assisted living, senior care, or patient care is advantageous
– Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
– Knowledge of dementia care and experience in nursing homes is beneficial

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the day-to-day care of clients, promoting a caring environment, ensuring high standards of care, and implementing the Fundamental Care Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day running of assigned clients
Ensure clients receive care tailored to their individual needs
Liaise with clients
Investigate complaints and take appropriate action
Work with CQC inspectors during inspections
Ensure all client documentation, including care plans and risk assessments, is up to date
Oversee carer placements and contracts
Conduct regular spot checks and update care planning system
Handle accident and incident reports appropriately
Communicate regularly with carers and clients
Assist in the completion of audits and subsequent action plans to improve business processes
The overall scheduling and management of client rotas
Participate in the on-call rota.
Requirements And Qualifications:
Eligibility to work in the UK
Confident driver with access to car for visits
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to respond to emails and manage an efficient filing system
Experience in liaising with professional bodies and inspectors
Experience with Birdie would be desirable.
Extensive experience in domiciliary care.
Person Specification — Essential Criteria
The following qualities are considered essential for the post of care-coordinator
At least one year experience as a Care Coordinator in a community setting.
A management qualification or care qualification and/or working towards equivalent minimum to NVQ level 3.
